I've always found my greatest purpose in helping people — whether through serving them or empowering them to thrive. I also come from a long line of entrepreneurs and cleaners, so founding SerenLumi felt less like a business decision and more like a calling.

I'm a non-native Ithacan who fell completely in love with this community when I first moved here 25 years ago. SerenLumi is my way of giving back — of honoring everything this city has brought to my life by caring for the homes of the people who make it so special.
